Lucy is a senior leader in higher education who is dedicated to creating inclusive and transformative learning environments. Currently serving as the Head of Undergraduate Programmes at ICMP Lucy manages and mentors a team of Undergraduate Programme Leaders.
Specialising curriculum design and assessment, Lucy has spearheaded initiatives to ensure inclusivity and equal opportunities for all students. Lucy believes in the power of curriculum to bridge gaps and cater to students from diverse backgrounds, focusing on access and participation.
Lucy’s teaching philosophy revolves around universal design for learning, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and success for all learners. She believes that education should shape industry and constantly seeks to challenge conventional practices by developing forward-thinking curricula.
