Songwriting graduate Jessica Sharman has achieved substantial success as a professional songwriter, producer and musician. She co-wrote over a third of the Ward Thomas' second album ‘Cartwheels’, which went straight to the top of the UK charts, making history by being the first Country album to get to Number 1. She also recently signed a publishing deal with B-Unique Records/Spirit Music Group.
Jessica has co-written on tracks on Scarlet’s forthcoming EP ‘Infinitely’, Puzzle’s EP ‘Babylon’ and tracks with Hannah Grace, among others.
Jessica’s songs have been used worldwide for film (The Inbetweeners 2), TV (Made In Chelsea, Saving Hope) and advertising (Burberry) and has had multiple radio plays, including consecutive weeks spent on Radio 2's A List with ‘Carry You Home’ by Ward Thomas. She joined fellow ICMP graduates and current students at our highly successful Songwriter’s Circle – Americana Special at London’s Bush Hall, alongside our special guest artist, Ben Earle (The Shires).
Jessica has also been featured in an in-depth interview with leading industry publication, M-Magazine, where she described her time spent studying at ICMP as “a great, professional grounding in music”.
