Husky Loops, featuring BA Music Business degree student Tommaso Medica on bass guitar, are an alternative three-piece indie band currently making waves in the music industry. They released their eponymous debut EP on April 7th 2017 and have supported Estrons on their UK tour.
Having also supported bands like Yak and Sunflower Beam, they have played alongside The Kills on their European tour in 2017, as well as performing live at festivals such as The Great Escape, Truck and Live at Leeds.
The band has received positive reviews from leading blogs including Line of Best Fit, hosted a takeover on Amazing Radio and also had their new video premiered by Gigwise.
Autumn 2017, saw the band gain two prestigious support slots with Texan indie rockers Spoon and also the legendary Placebo, on their autumn tour celebrating the iconic band's 20th anniversary. 2018 has seen the band complete an eleven date UK Tour and perform numerous summer festivals around Europe.
In September 2019 Husky Loops are set to release 'I Can't Even Speak English', their first LP. In August, their latest single, 'I Think You're Wonderful' has been chosen by Radio 1's Annie Mac as her Hottest Record In The World before then going on to make it her Track Of the Week.
