Donato Panaccio

Donato is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and sound designer. He holds a BA in Musicology from the University of Rome and a UK Diploma in Music Production from SAE Institute. He is based in London and has extensive experience in the audio and music industries in both the technical and creative sides. Donato teaches on ICMP's BA (Hons) Creative Music Production programme.

As a sound engineer, Donato has worked at Orgone Studios for many years, recording artists like Cathedral, Grave Temple, Paradise Lost and many more. He then decided to work as a freelancer, collaborating with directors, musicians and artists, from electronic productions to sound design and acoustic recordings.

Donato is dedicated to sound art, digital and multimedia art, performances and audio video installations, with a strong passion for experimental and Avant-guard music, a feature he implements in his productions. He is an experienced lecturer in Sound Engineering and Audio Production, sharing his knowledge, passion and experience with a relational approach. He is also a trained meditation teacher, working with people and companies using music and sound in a coaching environment.
