An accomplished composer and versatile multi-instrumentalist, Melissa Stoner is known for her rich classical background and creative approach to music. Graduating with honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston, she specialized in Film Scoring and Electronic Production and Design. Having lived over a decade in Los Angeles, Melissa composed, arranged, orchestrated, and engineered hundreds of cues, leaving her mark on numerous high-profile projects. As a creative director and in-house composer at a prominent music library, she both composed and worked with composers to provide music and audio for productions aired around the world. Her extensive music catalogue spans a variety of genres and has been featured in film, television, documentaries and podcasts. She has provided sound design and music replacement to picture, demonstrating a keen ear for detail. A dynamic collaborator, she has partnered with esteemed composers, performers, and artists to bring ideas to life with her original arrangements and creative vision.
