ICMP is delighted to be partnering with the Young Songwriter 2025 competition to celebrate and promote the next generation of songwriters.
The annual event is now in its 15th year and is organised by the Song Academy, a platform to champion songwriters aged eight to 22.
Judges for this latest edition of the event include Tom Grennan, Calum Scott, Miranda Cooper, MNEK, and Naughty Boy among many others.
Entrants will have the opportunity to perform in a live showcase in London, win some great prizes and connect with each other as part of the academy's vibrant community of young songwriters.
ICMP's Shane Beales, Programme Leader BA (Hons) Songwriting, said: "It's fantastic to be continuing our partnership with the Young Songwriter competition as it celebrates its 15th year."
It's a remarkable achievement for a unique and vital platform that provides brilliant opportunities for emerging songwriters and artists. I'm very much looking forward to hearing this year's submissions."
Other partners alongside ICMP include Spotify, PRS for Music, Focusrite and YouTube Music.
The winner and selected finalists in the 16-18 years old category will perform at the Young Songwriter 2025 showcase at The Tabernacle, Notting Hill, London on Saturday 4th October 2025.
Entries are now open until 31st March 2025.
