For our Freshers Masterclass we have prepared a session with Matt Brooks and Nate Notes on 'How to build a show...'

About this event

Matt Brooks (Drummer, Musical Director) and Nate Notes (Producer, Guitarist) will join us for an interactive Masterclass on 'How to build a show..'.

Matt is a Musical Director, Drummer and Programmer that has worked with a variety of artists over the last few years including Little Mix, Nicole Scherzinger, Jason Derulo, Nina Nesbitt, Raye or MNEK. Matt put the band together for Meghan Trainor’s performance on The Graham Norton Show and played Festivals such as Glastonbury, SXSW or Reading & Leeds. Today he got his own Musical Direction company called 87 MUSIC LTD servicing the needs of the music industry through Musical Direction, Band Fixing, Performance Coaching and Project Management.

Nate is a former ICMP student and working now as a producer, musician and performer in the industry. From live performances with the likes of Wes Nelson, Hailey Steinfeld, Zara Larson, Becky Hill, Jacob Banks or Leona Lewis to creating campaigns for household brands, including Sky, Puma, Skoda, and PlayStation. Over the past few months, Nate has been working very closely with Bree Runway, touring the US and the UK with her as well as playing at the MOBO Awards 2021.
