Oliver Thomson is an alumnus of ICMP's Higher Diploma and BMus in Popular Music Vocals, graduating from ICMP in 2014.
He has gone on to perform all over the world, working with some of the biggest cruise lines and production companies including Carnival, Fred Olsen, Marella Cruises and the Talent Artistic Group as a lead vocalist and singer/dancer.
Oliver’s live band and production experience spans over a decade, most recently playing The Mad Hatter in 'Into the Wonderland' and Frankie Valli in the UK’s biggest Four Seasons Theatre tribute, 'Bye Bye Baby!'
His latest project is playing the role of Robin Gibb in a new production of 'Saturday Night Fever'. This marks Oliver's UK tour and West End debut.
Oliver cites his time with ICMP as crucial for giving him the opportunity to hone his musical skills.
ICMP gave me the foundation and understanding for so many of the performance skills I have subsequently carried with me throughout my career."
Commenting on Oliver's abilities, Kevin Lower, Musical Director, said:
Oliver is a great performer, he is exceptional at engaging reading his audience to fulfill their needs! Strong in all styles! Most importantly he is a pleasure to work with."
