About your BA (Hons) Creative Musicianship Degree

The ICMP BA (Hons) Creative Musicianship degree focuses on exploring and developing your identity as a creative practitioner. You’ll work individually and collaboratively on creative activities in performance, composition and production.

As well as teaching musicianship and performance skills, the course also focuses on the business skills needed for a career in music. You’ll explore the creative parameters of your chosen discipline, both individually and collaboratively.

With access to our wide range of specialist facilities and our expert tutors, you’ll be equipped to write, record, produce and perform an ever-expanding portfolio of original music; alongside this, you’ll identify and understand the commercial context for this work.
