ICMP and DS Drums present 'DS Drum Day'

ICMP is delighted to be partnering with DS Drums for an evening of performance and tutorials to showcase DS Drums. 

Taking place on Wednesday 18th September, the event will be open to all current and incoming students as well as ICMP alumni. 

ICMP tutor Jon Harris will be leading the session alongside much respected drummers David Cardona and Vinnie Infusino. 

Jon said:

Alongside David and Vinnie, I’ll be playing, giving lessons and talking about these beautiful drums. You’ll also have the chance to play them yourselves. We can’t wait to see you there.” 

As well as teaching at ICMP, Jon is a highly regarded session player and tutor with years of industry experience. His credits include performing with Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Odyssey and Roachford among others.

Born in Colombia, David moved to the UK in 2012 to pursue a career as a drummer and made a name for himself via his social media videos. His experience includes working with many of the UK's top metalcore bands including AVIIRA. 

Vinnie is a versatile drummer and tutor based in North London and an expert in genres ranging from pop to prog-metal, jazz and beyond. He’s been teaching drums since 2001 while performing with many of the world’s top artists including Newton Faulkner, Baba Sissoko and Taman Kan and Reynaldo Hernandez.
