We’re delighted to announce the latest round of ICMP artists and entrepreneurs to receive support from our Accelerator Fund.
Run by our Careers and Industry Hub, the fund was set up to provide backing to our students and alumni in need of support for their projects and professional development.
Previous recipients include our BA Songwriting alumnus Michael Amadi who used the backing to fund a music video for his 'Rise Again' single released in collaboration with Healing Using Music (HUM) and Beautiful Thing, a pair of alumni who utilised the resource to hire a campaign for the release of their debut single, 'Waiting'.
If an ICMP student, or alumni, can demonstrate that a specific element of their professional development requires a small amount of funding and is part of a wider, more significant plan linked to long-term career growth, they can apply for funds from the Accelerator Fund.
The recipients of support from the Accelerator Fund in the first semester of the 2018/19 academic year are below. The fund will be open for applications in the second semester of the academic year from 1st February 2019.
