The students will enjoy several days in London together including networking opportunities, workshops and live performance opportunities with a showcase gig at the fantastic Zigfrid Von Underbelly venue in Hoxton.
Performers at the live showcase include:
- Aeroglyh Collective (DE)
- Tales of Water (AT)
- Chiara Dubey (CH)

- Mr. Marten (NL)
Commenting on this exclusive collaborative venture, Professor Robert Lingnau of HDPK in Berlin, said:
Travel Tunes will allow us to jointly explore new potential musical collaborations, to share thoughts, and to return home with new friends and experiences.”
Ernst Ritsch, Academic and Managing Director at VMI, said:
It is always a joy to continue with something special, and following on from a very successful and enjoyable event in Vienna last year, the Travel Tunes event in London will indeed be something extra special - a gathering of international partner institutions to celebrate both our diversities and our community spirit!"
"The ICMP has really put together a wonderful programme for this year’s event and the VMI is really looking forward to it!"
Participants from HDPK added:
"Meeting people from foreign countries is always a great way to expand one's horizons and thrive not only as musicians but also as people. We are very thankful for this opportunity to present our music among other awesome artists and so we are proud to be a part of this festival!"
