Ba (Hons) Creative Musicianship alumnus Matt Maltese is set to release 'Krystal', his second album, on 8th November.
During his time at ICMP, Matt engaged with our Careers and Industry team who helped and advised him through a variety of early career choices and provided a sounding board for his music. After signing a deal with Atlantic Records in 2017 and releasing his debut album 'Bad Contestant' to much acclaim, singer, songwriter and pianist Matt Maltese has recently announced that his second long-playing work will come out on 8th November 2019.
The second single taken from the upcoming record is 'Rom-Com Gone Wrong’. Watch the video directed by Craig Roberts here:
'Krystal', he said, is an album of 'sad and sadder songs', produced by Matt himself ('in his bedroom'), with help from Thomas Carmichael, Vegyn and Alex Burey. November 2019 sees Matt touring the UK to present the new record:
16th Nov - Cardiff
25th Nov - Leeds
26th Nov - Manchester
27th Nov - London
30th Nov - Bristol
