Congratulations to ICMP BA Songwriting alumna Essence Martins who is performing a support slot with Mika at the Kew The Music Event.
Taking place on 9th July, the gig is part of a week-long event series with many top artists including Ronan Keating, JLS and Richard Ashcroft.

The singer-songwriter has just released her first EP 'Deer In The Headlights', described by Melomaniacs Mag as "a personal and vulnerable debut filled with gems waiting to be discovered".
Get tickets to Kew The Music - alongside her London gig with Mika, Essence is also performing at Live in Leeds in November with the likes of Everything Everything and CASisDEAD.
She has previously toured the US as part of Birdy's band with ICMP Tutor Charlotte Hatherley.
