ICMP MA Songwriting alumna Tricia Duffy hosted a panel and songwriting workshop as part of the Americana Music Association (AMA) UK's annual conference.
The event, which ran over a number of venues in Hackney, East London in January, is an annual gathering for songwriters, artists and industry professionals from the genre and beyond to come together.
Tricia hosted the Women in Americana Music panel discussion, featuring contributions from artist Jade Turner, ICMP's Professor Sophie Daniels, Debbie Wilson from Muscle Shoals Studios, artist Annie Dressner and Music Consultant Dan Nevin.
In December, Tricia also ran a songwriting workshop with a group of former prisoners and Americana artists with a documentary of the event screened at the conference.
Commenting, Tricia said: "I had no idea what to expect when we ran the songwriting workshop and the day was absolutely incredible!"
The songs were completely amazing - the combination of vulnerability and talent always creates magic. I watched the documentary that the AMA made about the project and heard all the songs again live. It was brilliant."
"Huge gratitude to Kelly Wood at the Musicians Union for getting behind this extraordinary project. Songwriting and creativity takes me to some pretty cool places."

Tricia has also just released new music in the form of new single 'I Can Breathe Underwater'.
She will also be taking part in Fat Tuesday's Unconvention conference in Hastings, chairing a panel on how to support new music in the streaming age.
