On this page you'll find relevant details regarding fees and how you can pay them, whether you're a new or returning student.
Full information can be found on our dedicated fees and funding page.
Applying for a student loan?
These are now open to apply for eligible undergraduate students using this page. Information for postgraduates can be found here. Please note that applications can take up to six weeks to process for those eligible, so it's recommended that you apply as soon as possible.
It's a good idea to regularly check your Student Loan account, make sure that ICMP is listed as your provider, and that you have completed the full application. This will mean that any maintenance you are eligible for is paid on time once you begin your course.
Confirming your student finance
If you're not paying your fees using a student loan, please get in touch to confirm your payment up to 30 days before the start of your course.
You can do this by contacting our Finance Team on finance@icmp.ac.uk.

Information For New Students
It's the responsibility of every student to pay tuition fees and we will ask you to provide proof of your tuition fee payment at enrolment.
- If you are sponsored or receive a student loan, your fees will be paid directly by your sponsorship organisation or the Student Loans Company. You will need to show evidence of your loan or sponsorship by enrolment. Doing this quickly should mean that there is no delay to your enrolment and student loan being paid.
- If you are paying your tuition fees yourself then you are required to do this before you can enrol.
You must have completed online pre-enrolment before you are invited to enrol online. During your pre-enrolment, we will ask you to formally confirm that you accept responsibility for the tuition fees due for that academic year.
During our online-registration process, which opens shortly, we will ask you to formally confirm that you accept responsibility for the tuition fees due for that academic year.
To confirm how you'll be funding your studies, or if you have any questions, please contact the Finance Team at finance@icmp.ac.uk or on 020 7604 2465.
Information for Returning Students
By re-enrolling online, you are also confirming that you accept responsibility for the tuition fees due for that academic year. There are several ways to ensure your fees are paid:
- If all your fees are paid via the Student Loans Company, you do not need to show your assessment letter to us. Confirmation of your enrolment will be sent to the Student Loans Company directly after you have re-enrolled.
- If you are paying all of the tuition fees yourself these must either be paid in full or paid via an approved instalment plan agreed with credit control in the finance department.
- If your tuition fees are being paid partly by you and partly by the Student Loans Company, you must pay the remainder of the fees over the phone or by visiting the finance office.
Re-enrolment is conditional upon you having paid all fees from the previous year.
To confirm how you'll be funding your studies, or if you have any questions, please contact the Finance Team at finance@icmp.ac.uk or on 020 7604 2465.
